In the last week or so all video as in streamed video's has became very choppy, it is nothing to do with buffering as they always download well ahead of playback and the sound always plays fine it is just the video that is playing up and it is getting very annoying.

I have tried deleting all Temporary files and Temp internet files including the cash and also internet history.

I have read a couple of things about this subject but nothing seems to make any difference.

I have also tried downloading the CCCP codec pack but this hasn't made any improvements.

I hope someone can help me with this as I watch a lot of video's and it is very annoying.

Many Thanks in advance.

Perfect except for my video playback problems.
Plays all games great which surprises me seeing it is 3+ years old now.
I doubt that it will but I hope it lasts me another 3 years, Even if I do have to add more RAM and most definately another GFX Card.,
Have you updated Adobe Flash?
Also, defrag your hard drive.

As far as I know my flash is fully up to date,But I will go and update it now.

And as for the defrag, this is something that I do on a fairly frequent basis although I will run another one tomorrow it has only been a few days since my last one was completed and I was only 4% Fragmented when I ran it then.

If you could think of any other possible causes of this problem I would be extremely grateful of any help you could offer me.

Thanks Again
