Chrome Uninstall/Reinstall Question

Hello Everyone.

For the past few days I have had some Flash player problems with Chrome. Though I'm able to watch YouTube videos and the like, the Flash applications on other websites and web pages don't work. I get the "Couldn't load plug-in" message.

After two days of unsuccessful troubleshooting, I'm ready to start over and do a uninstall/reinstall.

Is there some sort of Chrome uninstaller that anyone recommends or should I just uninstall from the Control Panel?

Please try updating/installing Adobe Flash Player PPAPI latest

I have already tried that. It did not fix the problem.
