I have a problem

My windows 7 clock is incorrect each time I log on

It is automatically sync with the internet time server
-time.windows.com

I am dual booting with osx hackintosh yosemite

I use chimera/chameleon as the bootloader

Why does dual booting Linux with windows 7 cause this issue?
Can you explain this in detail?

Aren't they on different environment/partitions so they shouldn't affect one another's configuration?
