Ok, I cloned my Drive (C) which is Windows 7 to Drive (D) because I want to dual boot Vista on this computer, and the Vista disk will only install on Drive (C)
When I cloned my Windows 7 to Drive (D), it acts like its still working with Drive (C)... Anytime I make a change, such as deleting a file from the downloads list, it will delete it on the Windows 7 on the other partition.
Example, I'm running the cloned version (D), and when I delete one file, the same file on Drive (C), which is the source of the clone, gets deleted as well.
BUT, If I'm running the Source Windows 7, (C), and I delete a file, it won't delete in on the Cloned version of Windows until I boot to it.
