About a month ago I cloned my HDD to a Samsung 840 Pro SSD, but with holidays etc, etc I haven't inserted into my computer, but now a month later I have downloaded updates from Microsoft & several others CCleaner, Malwarebytes etc, could I clone my HDD again, or do I have to format & start again, Using Samsung Data Migration, I don't think there is a facility for incremental. As always your thoughts most appreciated.

Cloning again or formatting and starting again is really the same thing with this software, AFAIK.
Doubt it has an incremental function.
It's designed to prepare the SSD and move your old drive to the SSD.
It may warn you that it will erase the data you already moved to the SSD.
If so, and you say to proceed, it will do what it did the first time. preparing the SSD and cloning the drive to the SSD. It will "erase" your previous cloning as part of the preparation.
Another option if you're uncomfortable with that, is just install the SSD as is, and redo the updates.

Thanks for that, I know when I first done the clone, I was told not to format the SSD, so it seems it will just overwrite, other than the time it took (approx 3 hours using USB-SATA lead), if I don't have time to fit before the weekend, I will overwrite, once again cheers. Is it really 04.20 in the morning over in Illinois, 10.20 am here in UK.
