CMD periodical pop-ups on window 7

Hello there,
I'm having a continuous cmd pop-ups on my windows 7. i have also noticed this on other friends of mine's computers. please does anyone out there knows what exactly is causing this and how to stop this. Thanks

Are you talking about the cmd prompt window? My first guess would be malware, spyware of some kind or a virus on the system.

Thanks bassfisher6522. but i have a trustworthy antivirus n i'm confused about this. So what do u suggest i do about his
