Also it may be a good idea to reboot before making any decisions. Something may have just hosed the environment memory space or something.

omg i just fixed it!
Cant believe it was such an easy fix! it looks like "something" just reset my start menu settings
and im 100%sure it was that .bat file fault!since i got that new icon on my taskbar which says get windows 10

Here's how i fixed it:

right click on the task bar->properties->start menu->customize->mark search programs and control panel
