W7 boots up fine, but mouse and keyboard are not active, as Intel intended for Coffee Lake systems. Can that be overcome without reinstalling W7? My Computer OSWindows 7

Win7 drivers for USB 3.0/3.1 Controllers of new Intel chipset systems If you have a ps2 port, plug mouse into that to install the drivers.
