Comodo internet security problem

I have Comodo Internet Security premium antivirus program and a lot of popup windows appear to allow of a program to start all the time (system apps and user apps and when i try to start a program) in a rate that is very annoying. It wasn't like this before. What should i do to fix it?

CIS settings

I'm using CIS myself. Personally I've set it to auto-sandbox anything untrusted and disabled HIPS and VirusScope as I prefer to use other software for HIPS.
