Recently, I've been having very random program freezes (Firefox will lock up, then maybe Steam), and I have to wait a couple minutes for everything to "settle down". If I'm on a Skype call, the call will usually disconnect and sometimes Skype will crash claiming a disk i/o error.
Sometimes I have to restart my computer my computer, either using the windows option or forcefully with the power button, and often a lot of error message will pop up before it restarts. And every so often when these freezes happen/restarts, I will BSOD.
I'm wondering if a full hard drive replacement and reinstalling windows will fix this issue (since I've been planning to do that anyways), but I'm also wondering if it isn't my hard drives but another issues?
Thanks for your help!
