Completely remove windows components?

Does anyone have any information on how to COMPLETELY REMOVE the following components? Not just disable/turn off, i want them GONE, i have no need for them.

Windows Firewall
Windows Defender

I'm behind a cisco hardware firewall, i do not need firewall, it just consumes memory/resources and is in general useless for me. Also i use other programs for anti-virus/anti-spy-ware and i have no need for defender, i want it gone as well.

any info would be appreciated, as googling doesn't result in much so far.

I would use reveno for the best removal and then ccleaner for any remnants that may remain.

It is possible, however, that Defender will present a problem, since it was a component of the OS, when initially installed. In that event it would probably take a registry change to remove it completely.

Thank you for at least not dismissing me as insane, which i was worried about when posting this.

I'll peek at these two and might throw Win7 in a virtual machine and try it there before trying it on my real OS.

EDIT: Also I'm unsure where i should of posted this, so i apologize ahead of time if i posted it in the wrong section.

There is no question that is just dismissed at the forum. It is your computer and it should be set up the way that is best for you

In addition your last post shows that you have computer expertise and for that you should be proud.

I worked for 3 years in a 'mom`n`pop' computer repair place in a little shopping center, then worked for 2 years as a data center technician for Layered Technologies, then 8 months as a DC Tech at The Planet, and custom build my own PC's and for friends on the side, i know a few things about computers

Okay i've looked at revo uninstaller inside win7 in the virtual environment and i do not see anything inside the program to remove windows firewall, or windows defender. I've spent about 5-10 minutes clicking around in it and playing with it, nice program that looks fairly useful for some things (Autostart control is cool, windows tools i might actually use that, i know where they are already but it's way easier to pull em up this way) and the uninstaller i really think i'll use that for some programs.

I'm kind of rambling now, do you have any other suggestions for getting rid of windows firewall?

The main reason i want it -gone- is because... all of my windows 7 machines have windows firewall hard disabled, however 2 programs (Vmware Workstation & the new java runtime... wtf java?) will re-enable firewall during their install and then my computer it's being installed on will drop all internet connectivity until i reboot, even after disabling firewall again.

I don't want anything to be able to re-enable it, i don't want it in my computer, i want it -gone-.

The only other option i can think of is perhaps some way to customize my windows 7 install disc to remove it? i know there's nlite for XP and vista, which you can not-install-it during install time, but i don't think they support windows 7 yet though.
