Computer acts really strange when waking up from sleep mode.

I sometimes get blue screens when playing 3d heavy games like, dirt 3 or battlefield 3, but its not a consitent thing, and im pretty sure its because of my power supply, i have a new one coming tomorrow along with a SSD (which might shed light on another possibility, the HHD going bad)

Basically, every time i can get this to happen, if i put or allow my computer to fall asleep, i get this really weirdly acting mahine afterwards, i figured it the easiest to just upload a video to youtube of it so here it is, i guess it speaks for itself. Also, i didnt inlcude it, but when this is happening my, CPU is idling quite high, over 50% and sometimes topping out at 100% and it NEVER does this when the computer is restarted fresh.

This is a new installation of windows, ive gone through 2 different video cards, numerous drivers, and this still is happening so i dont think its video card related, even though the BSOD that i get from time to time, blames the issue on DX drivers, (dxgmms1.sys)

Ive tested my ram with HCI memtest, and got one stick of the 2x2gigs to give me errors, then i ran it again and got zero errors, so idk whats up. I thought i narrowed it down to one of the stick but the machine overall, ran better on just the 2 gig stick that HCI said was bad. lol

I think my system info is filled out but im also using a evga 730a with a phenom II 940 and i wonder if my board is just, one of the ones that wonk work properly with one. or if my PSU is just running like crap under heavy load. Or, if my HHD is just taking a crap? idk this confuses the hell out of me.
