Well if it completed and found nothing wrong that's something else entirely. Still, run it a few more times just to be certain. Once you've done that (I assume you're still unable to access the internet?) it's time to alleviate that problem. We'll get your problem fixed even if I have ask for help to get you help.
Before moving onto repairing your TCP/IP and Winsock settings, just to be on the safe side run another elevated command prompt and input chkdsk /r. If it asks whether or not you'd like to schedule a scan because the disk is in use, type y, exit and restart the computer.
