yes only use one antivirus that is sufficient , although I cannot find anything to say that is what caused the crashes if you unninstall avast we will have eliminated one possibility.

your crashes are for more than one reason

i will do that, when i boot from cd does it run automatically or do i have to set it up ?

It will auto run , just follow the prompts, assuming you have boot from cd enabled in your BIOS ;)

best to let it run overnight, If you get errors you have bad ram, take out all but one stick and rerun the test to see if it's just one stick ?

sounds like we have made some progress at least as you could have more than one problem causing crashes

I reckon this still points at the crash being hardware based but you do have some drivers that need updating
ENTECH64.sys fffff880`07ad8000 fffff880`07adf000 0x00007000 0x40641784 26/03/2004 11:44:04
ASACPI.sys fffff880`0430e000 fffff880`04316000 0x00008000 0x42476c4c 28/03/2005 02:30:36

can you run the memtest86 overnight and let us know how it goes ?

Looks like errors during MemTest.
If so, then the memory is likely to be bad.
Have you tried the steps starting with Step 7 in this link: Memory Diagnostics
in order to find out if it's the sticks or the slots?
