Computer Freezing without blue screen

For the last 6 months or so my computer will randomly freeze without blue screening or anything, all video/games freeze, mouse and keyboard no longer work. all i can do is hold the power button. It used to play an annoying noise through my headphones but that doesnt happen anymore. A week ago i fresh installed since i was tired of having so much stuff on my ssd and it still does the same freezing. Sometimes it happens while watching a video or playing a game, other times it happens while idle.

ive ran memtest86 for 13 hours, no errors. ran intel diagnostics on my cpu, no errors. my gpu died so i just replaced it. my oldest part in my pc is my psu and its not a great psu so i was thinking it could be causing troubles? but idk
