PC freezing without BSOD

Hello.

5 months ago I started getting random freezes during browsing, watching youtube videos. I tried memtest for 12 hours straight, but haven't found any single errors. Tried Furmark, linx 0.6.5 and nothing.
Everything was stable during these tests. But I just replaced memory sticks just to be sure.
And my issue magically gone. I used my PC for 5 months straight, but today I got this issue again:

During watching live stream on twitch.tv my computer just froze on the unusual sky blue screen (not like bsod screen, but just sky blue screen without any text), sound frooze too and I had to reboot manually. PC rebooted but with some delay.

Hello EvanHayes, welcome to the Forums. I will try to help if I can. You had one dump file but it was of little help.

Code:
[COLOR=red]WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)[/COLOR]
[COLOR=red]A fatal hardware error has occurred[/COLOR]. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa8006be78f8, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

Pleas update your System Specs for me. I need as much Detail as possible with Manufacturer and Model. Please include the PSU and CPU Cooler. Maybe this will help.

Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

Please run Seatools for DOS on your Mechanical Hard drive http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/313457-seatools-dos-windows-how-use.html#Part3

Also, please look in BIOS and give me the values for your +12V, +5V and +3.3V

Also, please monitor your CPU and GPU temps for me.

I don't have any overheating issue. I tested my PC in linx 0.6.5 benchmark with AVX for one hour and nothing happened. This issue occurs randomly.
I had similar issue 5 month ago (random freezing), but I bought I new PSU and issue somehow stopped. Now It's started again so I think PSU wasn't the case. I haven't played any heavy games for past 5 months. Issue started when I bought GTA V for PS, although last time it crashed when I wasn't even in game.

As for Voltages. In bios they are:

+12 = 12.320
+4 = 5.120
+3.3 = 3.360

It's there, but I think it is not much different than before. Still no PSU, CPU cooler and No Anti virus. You have to have an Antivirus.

CPU Temp are around 65-75*C degrees. It look like hot, but I'm pretty sure Its fine for i7-4770k.
GPU Temp are max 75*C in Valley Benchmark (60 min test).
I tried Plextool and Seatool. Both report that smarts are fine.

Did you run the extended test with Seatools? That is where the problems will be found if there are any. Also, please make sure your SSD Firmware is up to date.

Are those CPU Temps, at idle? If so, they are way too high. They are not critical but higher than they should be. Any strenuous activity can make the critical quickly.

Seatools doesn't show any problems after finishing extended test.
Plextool says that I have latets firmware for my SSD
These temps are when I play GTA V.
