Computer getting restarted

I am facing a computer restart automatically, problem from last few days. my compu is just getting shut without any notification & just after 2 secs its getting started. i am having a dual boot system wid xp & win 7 RTM on it.. i am not facing this prob in win xp. even i neva faced this prob when i kept the dual boot with win 7 beta & win 7 RC. i m facing this problem after i installed RTM a month ago. my system specs -
procc- core 2 quad q6600
mb - intel dg35ec
ram - 1gb ddr2 800mhz
hdd - 160 gb sata
psu - 450 watt
no gpu

ok did it.. so next time when it occurs it will create a log file in system drive?
