Hello all. Within the past couple of weeks I have started to have a problem when I put my computer to sleep; instead of actually going to sleep, the displays turn off, and the lights on some of my peripherals turn off, but the lights on the keyboard (num lock, fn lock, etc) stay on. Nothing I do will make the screens turn back on, or the system actually go to sleep. The only way to get the system back is a hard reset. There are no events visible in Event Viewer for the time period of the error. While in this state, I have entered my password, and the system made the logging in noise, so I suspect it is somehow stuck on the lock screen, but with the display output disabled. Thanks!
