Computer sometimes freeze and restart itself

I dun knw why, but it has happened since two days ago, i didn't install anything new, ive tried to system restore, but it always failed. And after the computer failed to system restore, when the desktop showed up, a dialog box appeared that it it blue screen, but it was not blue screen. Please help.
