Hello Sevenforums.
Could you guys help diagnose my problem? and hopefully make my system boot again!
After installing approximately 96 updates on a fresh win 7 with most of its drivers in place, the PC will now bootloop indefinitely.
It loads up the "starting windows" and will then instantly flicker blue (not sure if bluescreen or welcome) and then go back to "logo screen" and startup windows.
I have tried to do system recovery through the original install disc and a win 7 repair disc, as well as running the F8 repair mode, but the 2 discs only load up until a black screen wtih a cursor appear (no further than this so far), and the built-in F8 recovery mode reports a problem communicating with some piece of hardware, giving me error code 0x0000000e9
Thanks in advance

*edit: i am able to move the cursor and so on during the black screen mode.
