connect in 32 bit but not in 64 bit

My internet was working perfect while I was running Windows XP 32bit and still worked when I installed Windows 7 32-bit. I decided to upgrade to 64 bit and I lost connection. I tells me that my router is not connected, (which it is) and then gives me the invalid ip configuration. I have updated the drivers for my router (Linksys WRT110), my cable modem (Motorola SB5120) and my ethernet controller (Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010). Any help would be appreciated. I have ran ipconfig/all and can post if required.

You should post your results of an adminstrative ipconfig /all. Once you do that, people should be able to help you.

How is the router connected to your PC? By USB or ethernet cable?
If it is by USB you have to install it's driver first

May I have the make/model and version of your router?

It is connected by ethernet cable and works fine in windows 7 x32. The router is a Linksys WRT110.

I replaced my PCI ethernet adapter and it works fine now.
