Connected to wireless network but no Internet connection error 138

Can't delete Norton's, when trying to uninstall I get a blank Norton's window. Thinking it could be related to Norton's.

Problem Fixed!

Spot on! I removed Norton with the removal tool and hey presto! I can connect to the Internet. Thank you so much.

Make sure that your computer has protection. You may try MSE, it's Free.
