Hi,i have a problem with my Samsung RV515 laptop when i click on a link say in my e-mails
it seems to take forever to open. I have got to a stage now where i copy the link & put it in the search bar to open it. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks Megroy.

To help you out we are going to need more information. What is your email program? What browser are you using? Are you using a wireless connection or a hard-wired network cable. Is surfing the web slow? Do you get any pop up error messages?
Post back with the information and we will get a fix for you.

Hi, my e-mail is SKY & i my browser is Internet Explorer on the surfing issue it surfs at an resonble speed it is just as stated that when i click a link to connect to a subject or a proggrame it seems to take forever. (Thanks for the reply)

OK going to need someone based in the UK to look into this one, I am not familiar with Sky EMail as it is not available here.:shock:
Have you scanned for viruses? Malware?
