Contacts not showing up

I use WLM for my work email at home. I don't have outlook on my home PC so I use this client instead. I uploaded my contacts via CSV file but when I open a new email message, click "To" no contacts are listed, well just 1 is. I look at my contact list and I have 199 listed. So I am confused why they aren't sync?

Hello Rosco mate I am not familiar with that CSV stuff I just add individually as I get them. I did a quick Google and came up with this that may be of help.

I use outlook at work. This is why I exported my contacts as a CSV file.

Hum well I ma not much help then Rosco as I said I am not really familiar with Outlook - I used it many years ago but I guess it has changed a great deal since then.
