Sounds like a typical Nvidia based chipset, with limited to no proper Windows 7 support. If you could post either the make and model of the computer or motherboard, then we can point you in the right direction for the proper chipset drivers.

If you go to the nVidias site and go to the download drivers page, underneath where you pick a driver you will see a portion where it says automatically locate drivers.. it says GPU drivers but it also finds chipset drivers as well. it's safer doing it that way since you will get the most updated version, relatively speaking..

hey pal's i have a problem something with unknown device under universal serial bus controller and the message say's Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) and this is the only key i got under it's details {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}\0008 i will be grateful with someone a goodheart help me to fix this..thank you in advance..
