Here is an excellent backup software, however it does not back up to tape. With USB hard drives at 2TB for $200 dollars it is much cheaper to buy a drive or 2 and back up to the drives. Very fast and if you pick ZIP for backups they can be read by any computer without the need of special software. The scheduling is wonderful too. I highly recommend it. I switched to it on my Windows Server 2008 R2 and it works great. 1000x faster than the tape.
