Hi,

With my recent experiences with HD's, I though that backing up a backup would be smart.

So, I have an external HD called K, and a new, another, external HD called L.

I wish to Copy everything from K to L.

When I try to do it, it keeps coming back with a msg relating to creating a Link.
Not sure what this is.

What's the "best" way of Selecting Everything on K, and Copying it all directly to L ?
Do I just try to highlight K's icon, or...? (I get that "Link" message business when I do)

Thanks, as always,
Bob

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 64bit
Open the K drive in explorer .... Crrl+A to select all .... right click .... Send to > L (Provided L must have equal or more space to contain all files of K)

Tera Copy can handle the entire operation a bit smoother.
