Corporate Win 7 32 bit not connecting to Internet

When I set up new Dell 7010 Desktops on our network, it is hit and miss on connecting to the internet.
Is there a common issue?

Hi and Welcome to the Forum. How is this new PC connected to your network, by USB or wirelessly? What exactly do you mean by Hit and Miss? Is your network a Workgroup or a Homegroup?

Please let us know if you connecting using a wired connection or using a wireless adapter. Also, let us know the model number for the network card you are using to connect to the internet.

Are there any other devices like phone or a system which connect to the same network without any issues.

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.
