Hi all i,m planning to build a new System to replace my old one , and i,m looking for some Advice on how to install Driver,s correctly
So i bought 2 Samsung Evo Ssd,s and i would like to try them out in AHCI.
Now i know i should turn on AHCI before even installing the Ssd,s , but i wonder my new motherboard , an asus 990 fx comes with a seperate AHCI Driver i saw on the Support Page .
i,ve heard using the F6 Method of installing Driver,s , but have never used this before , is it advisable to do this during installation of Windows , or can i just install them after installing Windows ?
i,ve also heard Windows 7 natively supports Ahci , so installing a seperate Driver isn,t neccesary
i,m not exactly sure on how to proceed
All advice would be greatly appreciated !
