I'm sorry if I sound really rude, I'm impatient at this point. Thank you all for helping me. First of all, you can look through my account info and the drivers and my laptop build but I'm dead sure almost NONE of the matters. Notice that I said almost. So it all started when I went through the instructions on this page:
How to Make Your Computer Run Faster: 26 Steps (with Pictures) (windows)
I did everything BUT install an antivirus and defrag and add more ram and remove gagdets because I am already on a win7 pretty smooth computer I just wanted it smoother.
Also excuse me for my bad english.
I search this up a bunch of times, and I get the same results. Either something wrong with a software or complete reinstall. I do not want to complete reinstall because 1. There are important files on this computer
2. If I wish to move a complete application, locating ALL the files would be a hazard and impossibru
3. If I backed up everything (which I tried already) it would bring back the same error.
Am I not screwed? That's why I'm asking for help

Continuing

I saw that my drivers needed updates and I got this thing called "Device Doctor" and went ahead to manually install my updates. When I first got my intel driver update, I tried openning it, because it was a compressed file, and it says "error: not a win32 app" and I opened it with 7zip and it went fine. I thought it was strange because it never happened before. So basically then I ran the installer and it said that files were corrupt and I should either contact the suppliers of the installer, or get a fresh download. So I go to the intel site, then the windows site, then the intel site again. I get more versons and load my computer with useless MB of installers, but they were all "corrupt:
I thought it was a problem with 7zip you see. I went to get winrar. "Files are corrupt". I want to crack a plugin for ae so I try to run 2 exes. "Not valid win apps" "Running failed". Someone had the same problem and was told to do all windows updates and get new java and flash.
8 of the 43 windows updates failed of corrupted files.
Java and flash installer both failed of corrupted files
I tried something like "chkdsk /r /f" or whatever in my command prompt and rebooted
After waiting a useless time nothing happened and it didnt work. I did a sfs /somethingsomethingsomething (system check) it reported back nothing wrong. I fixed my registry with ccleaner and removed more trash files. Again and again. Please tell me how to fix this without completely resetting my comptuer. I beg for mercy!!!

Edit: The problems seems to be missing dlls. I opened up sony vegas this morning and about 6 messages showed up saying some dll was missing during the loading small icon before the actuall vegas opens up. If you would like to know these dlls, please let me know. Nothing on this page works, even though this was the recommended fix for the installers being corrupt: http://nsis.sourceforge.net/NSIS_Error. If anyone would like to tell me what this is in case the repair install fails? Last time I saw a post on this, EVERY install failed. By every, I mean EVERY. Windows updates, Factory installs, even iso complete vanilla windows 7 reinstalls. Im pretty sure this repair install won't work, and if it does, does the repair install change anything to the registry of windows? I made a few tweaks in there such as cracking fl studio 11 and changing Enable prefetch to 2. I do not want the fl studio one changed sooooo.... I don't know what to at this point. For some reason it seems like this is a virus that is getting larger on scale, I'm not sure. Last time I opened vegas was before doing the steps to making my computer faster. Please read this page: http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Your-Computer-Run-Faster
Again, I did everything BUT adding ram and using antiviruses. The programs I uninstalled were VLC.dll, Acer games, Acer upgrades, Acer updates, and Acer System Manager (I'm not exactly sure about these names). Is there a definite answer yet? If so, please help!

Edit: Here's something that might help. This is why I am kinda scared: http://www.sevenforums.com/software/166879-cannot-install-software-due-corrupt-install-files.html. That is some scary convo in that thread, please read it all. It might give more info.

I would try a repair install, but that's just me. The link below will provide the necessary information;

According to an article on Device Doctor, it
wisely suggests that you create a system restore point.

I'm guessing you did NOT do that, otherwise, you would have mentioned it IF you HAD done this, you might have been able to fix these problems using System Restore in just a few minutes.

The Repair Install is a good solution, but you'll need Win7 install media to do that. If you don't have that media, you can't do the Repair Install.

Oh, and coming to a new forum and telling folks you're NOT going to be polite -- because you are impatient -- is NOT going to get you support.

I would start over and follow these same steps to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which compile everything that works best based on tens of thousands of installs we've directly helped with here.

As long as you stick only with the steps, tools and methods in that tutorial, you will get and keep a perfect install for as long as you do.

Feel free to ask back any questions as you go.

I would not install Java unless prompted to do so for something you know you need, and then only long enough to run that.

Everything else that works best is in the tutorial.

I did. And the system restore point never works. It says something like "unable to reach because of corrupt save" or something when I try to restore.

Yes, you can make a bootable flash stick installer for your licensed version from Steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and then use it to run a Repair Install first to see if that helps. But if you've done a lot of mad tweaking or installed dicey programs or are infected, you might be better off reinstalling and sticking with the tools and methods which we know for sure work well with Win7. A Repair Install can only do so much on a borked system. But it's worth a try.

There are also other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 here to go over your install thoroughly to try to sort out what are its problems.

sounds like your system is corrupted. Doing a repair install would fix up any corrupted files that is in the system and most of the time it helps without doing a clean install.

Memtest86+ does not install. You'd download and extract the ISO file, then rightclick on it to Burn to CD with WIndows Image Burner. Boot the CD and follow the steps in blue link.

If Memtest will not run, reboot into System Recovery Options to run Windows Memory Diagnostics. If F8 balks then use the Win7 installer provided in reinstall and Repair Install tutorial to access Options, or make a System Repair Disk.

You'll probably spend more time trying to troubleshoot your way out of this than if you'd commit to the steps, tools and methods in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
to do a perfect install. I'll promise you that as long as you only stick with what's in the tutorial you will keep a perfect install for as long as you do. Wouldn't that be nice?

Hey, does the repair install do anything to the registry? I'd like to keep the registry....

This is the problem. It resets some registry keys to default, which are mostly detailed in Repair Install
but for programs it can pass back in corrupt settings which makes a Clean Reinstall much preferable on a system where dodgy software solutions have been tried.

Win7 is feather light and won't tolerate optimizer suites or registry cleaners which are mostly scamware anyway. Use only CCleaner for that.

So if you've tweaked or optimized Win7 beyond that I would definitely reinstall because you've probably already ruined your system. But if you stick with the steps, tools and methods in the tutorial you should never again have less than a perfect install.

You should have Burn DIsk Image on context menu when you right click on the ISO file. If not try "Open With" and choose Windows Disk Image Burner.

I'm screwed aren't I? I have to buy a disc now because stupid windows won't let me burn anything to a usb, only a disk. I formatted my usb to NFTS or something I can't remember xD. It won't go back ;c
