Could HBM2 memory be compatible with Windows 7?

The issue isn't whether Windows 7 is compatible with this kind of memory. Windows has no knowledge of and doesn't care about memory types. The issue is whether or not the memory is compatible with the computer hardware and whether or not that is compatible with Windows 7. If you provide relevant details someone can provide a better answer.

HBM2 comes on some video cards and works on win7 if and only if the video card maker produces a win7 driver for that card. There are no windows motherboards that use hbm2 as motherboard memory.
