CPU is running super slow now

I recently cleaned my computer of dust using compressed air now the cpu is running very very slow.

Do you have benchmarks, or any readings what so ever to prove this. If not that's where we need to start, if you clean it up it should be able to have more room to breathe so it should stay relatively cool, can you monitor temperatures?

Is there a specific application you where able to run amazingly fast and now it doesn't work like it was before?

I recommend you going back to your tower and make sure everything is nicely connected and plug in.

Yes mate as chris says and perhaps reseating the RAM sticks wouldn't go amiss and by the way what sort of cooler do you have on the CPU?
