So, I have the 7 RC, build 7100, and whenever I try to do more than two things, or something that uses a lot of processing; my CPU skyrockets. Not only that, my wirless card stops getting a connection to the internet, but remains "connected" to the router. After this happens, every time I try to shut down, it takes about 10 minutes before it comes up with a BSOD saying "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
At first, I only used the upgrade feature, more or less assuming that it was the reason. I tried a clean install and the same thing happens.
I'll try to get the minidump up soon, as soon as I've vented a bit of frustration. Until then, any helpful information would be nice.
The computer I'm running 7 on is an HP with an AMD Phenom 9550 Q4 processor, and a nVidia GeoForce 9100 graphics card, 64-bit version. I don't know the motherboard, sorry.
Also, if this belongs in the driver section of the forums, I apoligize. I didn't know if it would be immedatitly that problem or not, so I thought I might as well ask the general discussion for now.
