CPU Suddenly goes up to 100%

Hi , my pc suddenly got really slow and then i noticed that my cpu goes up 100%, any sugestions to fix it?

I already tried that ,i even reinstaled windows and it still lags

Try loading defaults in BIOS (either first screen or exit menu).
Check your temps. Get HWInfo and Speccy.

Can you see which process is using CPU cycles? Open Resource Monitor and switch to CPU tab, sort by CPU. Check both Processes and Services.

Heh, you took the CPU screenshot after it has calmed to 10%. Take another screenshot while it is 80-100%. Don't forget to sort by CPU.

Reinstaled windows to win 8 and still cpu hits 100
The problem started when i reinstaled windows ,not now but when i had win 7
screen

Multi OS issues indicate hardware problems. Or a common app/driver you used.

I suggested before "Try loading defaults in BIOS (either first screen or exit menu).". Did you do this? Need further directions?

so many things i have done and nothing works

It may be needing some cleaning inside. Did you try removing everything that can be removed? Disabling Wifi/Bluetooth, etc.

cpu sudenly went to normal to 44% after reseting ram and hard disc , but sudenly my wifi hits max in task manager ,is that problem or its ok?
And pc runs really slow and lags
