I have LatencyMon. When the latency spikes it tells me to disable CPU throttling in the Control Panel. Problem is, I don't know where to go in the Control Panel to do that. Does anybody know where I would go to disable throttling?

Disable cpu throttling in Windows

By the way all I did was type disable cpu throttling in Windows in a Google search ;)

If your cpu does not support throttling through Windows. Go into your bios and look around.

Meh...it's okay
It looks like you are running an AMD CPU. Does your CPU run below its rated frequency or is it just that Turbo Core is disabled?
