Solved CPU usage to high

Hello ! So,my problem is - my CPU usage is way too high. Im only watching my favourite series,and my CPU useg is :
CORE 1 28 %
CORE 2 67 %
CORE 3 92 %
CORE 4 32 %

My CPU temp is 50 °C ...even though I got a Hyper 212 EVO ,like 1 week ago ....


Please help me :C

Download Malwarebytes and run a full scan
Run a full scan with your Anti Virus
If negative
Hit alt, cntrl and delete at the same time, bring up task manager. Ck for CPU usage, under the process tab
