Hello everyone,

it's my first time writing in a forum for help so please bear with me if i dont present the needed information immediately.

The problem : last night i shut down my computer normally, tonight i switch it on and after the windows loading screen it crashes and reboots. I get prompted to run the windows memory check utility, which i do and there's 0 errors found. I restart and try to load windows again but it crashes at the same point. I try to boot in safe mode, same deal. I tried using last settings that worked and yet again it crashes. After googling some I tried taking out the RAM sticks one by one and obviously that didnt help either.
I wouldn't like to have to format/clean install windows again, also I believe everyone can see the specs of my home computer in my profile here.
Is there some diagnostic i can run and post here?

Sorry for the length of the text and possible mistakes, any help will be appreciated.

Without any information I can only recommend generic diagnostics

I would run a system file check to verify and repair system files

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

I would also run memtest (yes I know you ran the windows utility) as it stresses the memory more than the built in utility

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

Thanks for the fast reply, I will do everything you advise as soon as i get home. Before I went to sleep last night I tried booting while disabling automatic reboot after an error and this is the text in the blue screen that came up after the win7 loading screen:

Stop: C000021a (Fatal System Error)
The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status
of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x00100500).
The system has been shut down.
