If you're unable to do this because of computer problems, please try to explain in as much detail as possible the circumstances leading up to the crash(es). For example, does the computer crash immediately upon boot? After it's been running for a while? While doing a specific task?
It would also help if you'd provide your system specs. At the top of every Forum page you can click on "User CP". Then in the left column click on "Edit System Spec". Under computer make/model also indicate if it's desktop, laptop, tablet, etc. The more info you can provide the better the chances someone will be able to help.
