As you failed to state what you expected Ctrl-Shft-Del to do, I have to assume that you wanted it bring up the Clear All History dialog box. If that is correct, what happens when you try this when running Fx in Safe Mode?

Sorry, I figured everyone knew what ctrl shift delete did on FF so I thought I didn't have to explain what I was trying to do. I wanted the clear all history box to pop up, but when I clicked ctrl shift delete nothing happens. It works on my desktop but not on my laptop even though all the settings and everything is the same on both.

Update: I fixed the problem, my num lock button wasn't activated on my laptop so the delete button I was pressing wasn't working LOL.
