Custom App Help

Maybe you can help. I need to create a custom gadget that will do something basic, but might be a little complicated to setup. I work in a small office and wanted to create a sort of custom RSS feed gadget. However I want it to be RSS feeds that I write. The RSS feeds would be company updates like #'s for the day and what not. I would want the employees in the building to be able to see the RSS or News feeds. So I would need a central point in which the gadget pulls the feeds from and also the gadget itself that would display the new feeds. The OS is all windows 7.

Please let me know if you can assist.
