Custom Login screens help or advice.

Hello I'm really into the customizing scene for windows as well as Linux and the login screen for windows is something that's causing me grief, now I know there are several tools out there which let you change only the image or wallpaper of the login screen but don't bother sending me there I'm already running one, anyway as far as know there is nothing which goes the whole haul at least not without a lot of effort, which don't get me wrong I'm good for that its just as I said alot of effort, I will go there if I need to.
So anyway I'm going to show you two images of custom login screen's below which I really admire and have seen on my google and net travels.:

OK there we go, so if anyone has seen anything at least like this and knows how I can get mine looking similar it would be greatly appreciated.
