Daughter can't remember the admin password

My daughter can't remember her password and she is the only admin on the computer. I have tried several things to try and either remove the password or change it but I can't. I also can't find the discs that came with the computer but I can search again if that will help. Does any one have suggests? she is running windows 7 Home premium edition.
