Can anybody help iv no reboot disk i cant remember how i put the admin password i cant get in my files its driving me mad im not very technical new using a laptop how can i bypass or reset im on dell inspirion 1545 laptop windows 7 Thanks

If you enter another password, include a hint that will remind you of what you entered.
A good way to create a relatively strong user known password is to take your favorite song and use the first two letters of each word in the song with say, your birthday dispersed between characters i.e., Stairway To Heaven, Birthday 2018 St2ToOHe18. Password Strength Meter indicates that is a strong password.

It did its mine but i used numbs & letters but cant for my life remember the way i put it lol but iv no disk so its not letting me reset but i cud b doing rong ,wot disks are best to do a reboot disk i got sum but think cd copying ones

The disks i need are they the ones that say dvd on aswell

You can create the Password reset disk on a CD, DVD, or USB stick.
Mine, Win7x64 on CD, is only 167 MB.




Your System Specs don't indicate which version of Win7x32 your running, although, I assume, any x32 version password reset disk will suffice.

If you need assistance on creating the disk, I can create an ISO image for Win7x32 and attach it. Let me know and I'll be happy to do that for you.

What happened to OP on Windows 7 was the same thing that happened to me on Windows 10,forgot the admin password or it was not accepted.
Seem like you guys know how to reset it.Linked here
