debugging bluescreens

I've downloaded from Microsoft the
Debugging Tools for Windows 64-bit Version

when i try to install i get an error saying my processor is not supported or something.
my cpu is QX9650

Dont you have an "extreme" processor. It might not be supported in the 64 bit debugger. You could check the supprted hware for the debugger
