How do I decrease the delay between minimizing and maximizing windows? I just re-enabled Aero from Classic to repair another issue and now I have this issue. When I minimize or maximize a window, I see the top bar travel from the top to the taskbar or the taskbar to the top respectively, shrinking or expanding as it goes. How do I make this transition instant as I had before?

Rightclick 'My Computer' on the desktop and select Properties. In the window that opens, click on Advanced System Settings. In the next window (should open to the Advanced tab), click on the top-most Settings button.
In the next window, uncheck 'Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing' and OK all windows to close them.
