Solved Deemon process.exe-unable to locate component - QCore4.dll error

My computer windows XP shows the following error message soon after logging in.
But the computer works fine.
The error message does not appear in safe mode.
The error message is
Deemon process.exe-unable to locate component
The application has failed to start because QCore4.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem
Please help

Do you have now or recently uninstalled Mobogenie?

Thank u, I followed the link you have given- a solution was to remove the Mobo folder from program files;
I did and the error message disappeared on the next start-up - Thank you once again
