Hi theyoungwag,

Hi, defrag says it is scheduled by someone else, cannot alter it.

Is yours the main and only user, or are you using a Guest account?
How did you try and amend/alter the schedule?

I hope this helps!

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I am the only person to touch this machine, I live alone.

Hi theyoungwag,

It would help if you could update your system specifications in your UserCP > Edit System Spec setup. It will help us to help you!

The tutorial below [Published by Brink and written by CyberZeus] makes doing this very easy.

How to See Your System Specs with "System Info"

I hope this helps!

Hi theyoungwag,

How did you try and amend/alter the schedule?

Click Start > in the search box type defrag > press Enter > click Configure schedule... and change the schedule to the required setting. Or, deselect Run on a schedule (recommended) and click OK.

I hope this helps!
