Deleted an account

I'm putting in another account in Windows live mail because I've change providers and deleted one of my acounts by mistake which had all my saved emails so can I get it back or I just lost it?

The account that you had deleted.... Was it under the ISP ( internet service provider ) that you are now using ?

If yes, just re-enter the account with the sme settings. All your e-mails etc are still there.
