Deleted System Reserved Partition...

I tried to format my computer and by accident I deleted the system reserved partition... now when i turn on my computer it shows me "BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart"
Help me Please...

EDIT: i tried it but what it does after i hit F8 it opens a blue window in the middle and tells me to choose the boot device and theres only one option, so i choose it and it shows me the BOOTMGR message again....

.... it doesn't let me boot... it goes straight to the BOOTMGR message, even thought i set the cdrom at first priority...

When rebooting try pressing, tapping, F5 to see if that brings up the repair options.

Or try the one time boot menu.

You must mark the Win7 partiition Active or it will not write the System boot files to Win7 partition no matter how many times you run it.
