I recently got a Dell PowerEdge 840 server, but I'm having a few issues with it. When I first got the server, there were no hard drives inside of it. So I got a 3TB SATA hard drive and stuck it in the hard drive slot so I could install Windows. But the computer doesn't seem to realize that I put a hard drive in it. When I go into the BIOS settings, it says 'Unknown device' under all 3 of the SATA hard drive slots.
This is the first time I've ever really worked with a server like this, so I don't have any experience with this kind of stuff. So if anyone knows what I might be doing wrong (or what I can do to fix this), please let me know. Thanks in advance.

- My primary laptop has Windows 10 on it, and my shared desktop (which is actually a laptop being used as a desktop) has Windows 7 Professional on it. I still use both, but I would say I use my laptop a bit more now.
